Stock Music Links Public “No Attribution” Extended License

You can use all of my stock music featured here on Stock Music Links under Creative Commons License (CC BY 4.0), even for commercial purposes (such as monetized YouTube videos, short films, video games, etc.), for FREE as long as you credit Stock Music Links (provide attribution).

However, Stock Music Links will waive this attribution requirement automatically to any individual who makes a donation to Stock Music Links.

This means that YouTubers and Content Creators interested in using a song without crediting Stock Music Links simply need to donate any amount (minimum $1 USD or more).

So, I hereby agree to waive any attribution requirement found in the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) as a thank you to any individual who donates $1 USD or more to Stock Music Links.

In specific, for those making a donation: I waive the attribution requirements found in Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License’s License Conditions in Section 3a1 (refer to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode).

This is being done under the Creative Commons Plus (CC+) Protocol (https://wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/CCPlus), which denotes the combination of a CC official license (unmodified and verbatim) plus another separate and independent agreement granting more permissions. In this case, this separate and independent Stock Music Links Public “No Attribution” Extended License, is granting permission to use my music from Stock Music Links without attribution for those that donate.

This means ultimately that if you donate, you do not have to credit me in your video descriptions.

FAQ for Public “No Attribution” Extended License

Can I still use your Stock Music Links music (even for commercial purposes) for FREE without donating?
Of course! This music is FREE to use as long as you give credit to Stock Music Links. In fact, the primary purpose of Stock Music Links is to provide FREE music for Content Creators. Donating is completely optional and is for those that don’t want to credit me in their video descriptions every time they use my music (or for those that just want to show their support).

How much do I have to donate to get the attribution requirement waived?
There is a suggested one-time donation of $1 USD per song used without attribution in as many videos or projects as you’d like. So for example: if you’re using two different songs in various videos without crediting Stock Music Links, the suggested donation is $2 USD. However, since it’s a donation (and not a purchase), there is no formal set amount – you just need to donate a minimum $1 USD one-time and then you can use this music without giving credit.

Wait, so if I donate just $1 USD, I can use ALL of your Stock Music Links music without giving you credit?
Technically yes. However, there is a suggested donation of $1 USD per song used without attribution but it’s just a suggestion.

I’ve donated in the past to use one of your songs without attribution but now I want to use another song without attribution. Do I have to donate again?
No. However, there is a suggested donation of $1 USD per song used without attribution but it’s up to you if you want to donate again. So in principle, using another song without attribution means you should donate again, but you don’t have to.

I’m still unsure if I can use your Stock Music Links music without giving you credit. Can you advise?
I like keeping things simple – if you’ve donated at least $1 USD to Stock Music Links, then you can use this music without attribution in as many videos and projects as you’d like.

I’ve donated. What happens next?
Thanks for donating! You’re all set – no further action is required. You can use my Stock Music Links music without crediting me.

I still have more questions. Can I contact you?
Happy to help if I can. If you have more questions, feel free to contact me: Contact Carlo Espin
